A
report released by the Federal Housing Finance Agency
yesterday shows that housing prices fell 23 percent in Bend
from the first quarter of 2009 to the first quarter of 2010.
The report ranked 301 metropolitan areas in the U.S., and
showed an 8.6 percent decrease in house prices nationwide.
