Central Oregon is an amazing place to live. Many people are
attracted to this region of the country because of its casual

the area. Economists have tracked the total population for
the Central Oregon area which has increased by 53% between
1995-2005.

Vacation homes are a hot commodity in communities such as Sunriver,
Bend, Sisters and the many resort communities such as Black Butte,
Eagle Crest, and the Pronghorn.

retirement, and as an ideal site to start a family, allowing
recent casual visitors to escape the hectic pace from which they
