Team consists of the husband and wife team, Peter and Tana
(pronounced Tawna) Hatton. Between the two, they have combined 40
+ years experience in the financial, mortgage, lending and real
estate fields. Both Tana and Peter have Bachelorīs degrees in
Business from Oregon Universities. Peter and Tana live in
Bend, with their four children: Brenden, Alyssa, Kiersten, and Tia.
They are active in their church, the local schools, and other
community activities and events.
Peter, grew up in Bend, after his parents moved to Bend in 1969
from Sacramento. Peter attended Pilot Butte (Juniper) Elem.,
Cascade Jr. High, and both Bend and Mt. View Sr. High Schools.
After graduating from C.O.C.C. in Business Administration, Peter
then attended the University of Oregon, completing studies in both
Finance and Geography in 1984. Peter worked at U.S. Bank
for eleven years in Customer Service and Management, before
stepping into the world of lending and real estate in 1995. Peter
has continued his education and has also taught numerous banking
and financial courses for both the American Institute of Banking (A.I.B.)
and for Consumer Credit Counseling Service (C.C.C.S.). He has
earned his ABR, (Accredited Buyer's Representative), GRI,
(Graduate Realtor Institue) . CRS, (Certified Residentail
Specialist) and Principal Broker's designations. Peter assists
with coaching the cross country team at Skyview Middle School, as
well as tennis at Mountain View High School. He relaxes by
hiking, running and an occasional game of tennis.
Tana, grew up in Yakima, WA. and Eugene, OR..After graduating from
Sheldon High School, Tana attended both the University of Oregon
and Portland State University, obtaining her Bachelorīs degree in
Business.Tana was awarded a unique scholarship through U.S. Bank
on the Work/College program. Tana worked eleven years in customer
service, management, and Commercial Lending. Tana obtained her
real estate license in 1998, initially to assist Peter. She is
currently working toward earning her CRS, Certified Residential
Specialist designation. She works full time in real estate, is
active in the childrenīs schools, and participates in a womenīs
bible study. Tana volunteers with the Aspire program for Mountain
View High School, helping students prepare for life after High
School. Relaxing includes reading, hiking and camping (preferably
at campgrounds with flush toilets and showers.)
Peter and Tana take pride in building long term relationships with
